OVERVIEW

MY APPROACH

Our client is a pharmaceutical conglomerate, assisting access customers with dedicated Account teams and educational resources. The client request was to develop a customer-facing landing page for one of their support resources.
For this project I lead the UX team while working in tandem with an art director, copywriter, account team and external front-end developers to see the website through full design and execution.

Maintaining brand style & cohesive with current live access support site.

Key Research

In the website design, our team focused on addressing the following issues:

Copy: Develop copy that wasn't heavy and prioritized resources for literacy for customers.

Visuals / Imagery: Customers imagery didn't reflective of BMS diverse audience. Creative team created a compelling narrative by developing iconography and utiilzing organizations logo's for brand relevance & support.

Style Guide: Developed a brand style guide to reduce disorganization and consistent user flow across the website. This includes clear CTA buttons, typography, color palette, etc.

Utility Pages: Developing 404 pages for site updates, errors, and maintenance for better communication for access support customers.

Website flow/organization: Responsive site that includes Desktop & Mobile layout up to 1440 screen size.
